We will tend to your laundry with care. 

• Our laundry liquid is chosen for its high cleaning power and environmental care (no phosphates). If you have sensitive skin and prefer to have your clothing washed with a specific washing liquid, we are happy to wash with a liquid you provide; or we can use an eco-liquid for an additional $5. 

• We combine whites and colours together in a warm wash, unless you request to have them washed in separate loads. Non-colourfast clothing/linen must be washed separately, so please let us know if you have any non-colourfast items.  We want your washing to be returned clean, safe and in good condition! 

• If any clothing cannot be tumble dried, it's best to wash those items at home - or we can return them damp for you to hang on the line at home. 

• While we can air dry clothing, we can't guarantee to have them back next day - air drying depends on the weather and air temperature. 

• We don't wash or dry suits, wedding dresses or ball gowns - these items are safer with a dry cleaner. 

• We can handwash woollen wash jumpers at a special rate and either air-dry them or return them to you damp. It's best not to include them in a load as warm washing can shrink the jumpers.

• If any items are badly stained and need pre-treatment, please provide them in a separate bag so we can give them the care they need.
