Pricing
We usually wash in loads of 5kg or 10kg. A 5kg load is about the size of a standard washing basket, while 10kg would fill a tall basket.
However, some items, such as blanket and doonas, are particularly heavy. We measure these by volume instead (the space they take up in the washing machine drum). A single bed doona or blanket might be 20L, while a double or queen might be 40L.

Payment
Once we have collected your washing, an invoice will be emailed to you. It will provide payment options, including bank deposit details and a link you can follow to pay online.

If you prefer to pay in person, we accept cash on delivery or you can tap the Square to pay by eftpos.
​
Payment must be made either before laundry is dropped off or in person when the laundry is delivered.
